Check-in/Check-out: You can move into the apartment from 5.00 p.m. onwards. Check out on the day of departure no later than 09.00 a.m., please! If you leave earlier or arrive later than reserved the whole amount will be charged (no deductions).
Please contact us 1 day before arrival and give us the approximate arrival time.
In the event that you are arriving after 6.00 p.m., we kindly request you to inform us of this briefly by telephone.
Deposit In order to confirm the reservation we require a deposit of 30%.
Payment We kindly ask you to pay your invoice one day before your departure. We only accept cash.
Reservation Your reservation is only confirmed by receiving a written mail from our side and a deposit of 30%.
Cancellation
after the booking is concluded: 30% of the total agreed price until 1 month before the date of arrival: 60% of the total agreed price 1 month - 1 week before the date of arrival: 80% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival: 100% of the total agreed price
Internet We offer free internet access by WiFi.
Smoking / Non smoking Please understand that smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
Parking There are parking spaces in front of our house.
Pets Please understand that we don't accept pets.
